Submit News About Upcoming Events

Do you have information about an event or a “Thank You” for the newsletter or the website? You can send the information you want published to the Hotline Editor and the Webmaster by filling out the following form. Please include the text, photos and any links to any added information you want us to use. Please note that content may be edited by the communications team.

The information should be submitted to us with advanced notice. Here is our recommended schedule for communicating upcoming events:

  • Hotline The Hotline is published at the beginning of each month. Submission Deadline is the 20th of the month. All entries received after the 20th will be published in the following issue of the Hotline.
  • PTC Website Please allow 24 hours for your information to be published on the website.
  • Wildcat Weekly This is the principal’s newsletter that goes out on Sundays. Submission deadline is noon on Saturdays.
